4. Processing data from people younger than 16 years
Sweet Kisses do not intend to collect data from website visitors who are younger than 16 years. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children in order to prevent Sweet Kisses from processing their personal data.
5. Retention period
Sweet Kisses will no longer process / store your personal data than is strictly necessary for the purpose for which the personal data was collected or for compliance with a legal obligation.

Sweet Kisses shares your personal data with third parties for the performance of an agreement or other legal basis and / or to comply with legal obligations. Sweet Kisses also request that the passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) are unrecognizable on this copy. This is to protect your own privacy. We will respond to the request as soon as possible, within the legal deadline.
If a processing is based on permission, you are entitled at all times to withdraw the consent given.

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask you to contact us directly. If we are unable to resolve this together, you are at all times authorized to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (Dutch Data Protection Authority).

Sweet Kisses takes the protection of your data seriously and applies appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
